Hey all, currently running am EC stack for the first time and have a question. I'm following the hotnfit guide for dosage (on cell so can't link) but I feel like I'm ready to up the dosage before the guide tells me. I'm on day 5 and have been doing a 12.5 mg tablet with 100 mg caffeine twice daily. The first day I definitely felt it but now I'm not getting anything from this. No noticeable energy, my appetite is fine, etc (although the thermo effect is still felt).
What do y'all think of doing the tablet + caffeine three times a day? And then once I'm used to it up the caffeine to 200 mg? Wanted to check here first before doing it just in case it wasn't the wisest decision. Thanks yall
