If you're in supervisor roles already then I'm willing to bet you could find a good job somewhere else...or at least one where you work less for the same pay to work on school or something for more future earning potential. But keep in mind, that i am building a heck of a resume. Before i got promoted as supervisor, i was a Material Coordinator and Systems Analyst.

I have experiences in a lot of fields. Pay may not be the best pay out there, but im the kind of guy who looks at the LONG RUN!
