So I had quite the journey so far..and mentally I been having lots of ups and downs for past few months BUT I am ready to Cut.

I want to prove to people you don't need cardio
you don't need to limit your food choices

I'm not that strong but I been getting stronger since I cut my volume. I used to do excessive volume

decided to still cut but last week was a wreck. too much personal emotional bull**** so I am just going to carry on and avoid such bull****
Going to do it alot slower
starting with
~3200 average
for at least 2 weeks.. see where it gets me.. not sure what kind of deficit it is
will adjust slowly regardless.
Main goal is improving while getting stronger.

looking to lose ~25lbs-30lbs or so
Starting at
3400 normal days. varying macros ~200g protein
High day:
~ 4100 - varying macros ~200g protein
No cardio
will see how fat loss is and adjust when needed.
I'll diet until I am content. No set timeline`

so I was reading Alberto Nunez's old log..and it just inspires me how he approached all.
I am happy now.. taking it slow.
I never really took it week by week/day by day.. always overplanned.

Front Squat: 225 x 3 3 3 3 6
Deadlift: 405 x 2 2 2 2 3
Bench: 205 x 3 3 3 3 7
Pullups: BW x 7 7 7 7 9
CGBP: 195 x 3 3 3 3 9
plan on getting loads stronger and quickly too.

Hack Squats: 3pps+25 x 5, 2pps+ 25 x 8[slow], 1pps+ 25 x 8 [slower]
DB SLDL: 50s x 8, 25s x 8, 25s x 8 [focused on squeezing]
Seated Leg Curl: ??? x ??? [I just go for a pump with these. 3 sets]
Leg Extensions Into Lunges: ^ - this sht kills you..but I love it
Pull Throughs w/ small handle - 10lbs x 10, 10lbs x 10, 5lbs x 10
Seated Calve Raise: 2 45s x ? , 45 x ? , 45 x ?
Standing Calve Raise: Level 8 x 8 , Level 6 x 8, Level 4 x 8

feeling really damn good and strength is skyrocketting.
some highlights from back today was on standing cable row.. did stack+45 and a 25 for 6.

ended up 4500 for the week. maintaining so going to stick with it awhile and see what happens.
adjust as I go.
aiming for improvements.
strength is skyrocketing.

215 x 3 3 3 3 5 close grip bench pr yesterday
also Dips.. Bw+115 x 3 felt best it ever did
