    Cool Squatticus Aurelius Prime IV (Muscle Tech)Clear Muscle Log

    Looking forward to running this log here's some cliffs on what i'll be doing during it
    *5/3/1 as my base for programming accessory work will very from workout to workout.
    *Low carb dieting with a cheat meal every 4-7 days.
    *40min of steady state cardio 3-5 days a week along with HIIT 2-3 times a week

    Will be dosing 6 pills, my schedule varies from day to day but will try to be consistent.
    Im usually up from 6am-11pmish.
    2- 8am before training
    2- 2pm after training
    2-7pm last meal of the day

    yes i do, found spacing it out the way directed works best for me. I take my doses at the same time everyday on both training and off days.

    I'm glad to see that it is working for you now. I mostly use the 3 and 3 way. I have a tendency to forget a dose with the 2-2-2 method.

    I think this may end up being a smarter method for me so i wont under/over dose cause I tend to take my OT twice a day and it throws me off

    So I will make a quick note about soreness, I did a leg workout I havent done in a while, last time I did it I was dead afterwards, this time I recovered alot quicker.
    7x7 Back squat
    5x20 Leg extensions
    3x15 standing leg curl
    3x20 lying leg curls

    Cant comment much on aesthetics yet as I couldnt really eat while I was sick

    In the future, Can you please list the weights out as well. It is easier to judge progress as well.
