What is Amentoflavone good for?

Try it for yourself- some people love it and says it increases there's lifts. Other people and studies says its useless.
So grab a bottle and see if you noticed a difference.

Been taking 400-600mg of amentoflavone pre workout ( and daily 600mg everyday for while ) with around 400mg caffeine + Y and never noticed anything with the amentoflavone

Have taken just the Amentoflavone by it self never noticed anything either

So at least for me - no

Agree, started taking this about a month ago and really don't notice much at all. I think its way overhyped.

Ever since I've started taking it my workouts have improved, specifically my work capacity. I haven't changed my diet and the only new (for me) supplement I have been using is Amino IV with bulk ingredients pre workout, so call it what you will but I can say I am noticing some positive changes since I started using it be it placebo or not.

Like many many many supplements or even medicine, some respond to it and some dont that all being said, one of the most intense workouts I have had I used amentoflavone on these workout days, pump and vascularity were great.
if it didn't work for u... well too bad cos it's awesone.

Definitely an ingredient to have in the arsenal, I believe it also increases the capsases 3 and 9 causing apoptosis is certain cell lines through down regulation on bcl-2.

2 caps every day either pre workout or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I wouldn't say it's been a sudden massive increase in strength/overall workout intensity but it's been gradually getting better with consistent use for about 3-4 weeks now.

Can't say I notice anything from it that I wouldn't without it with just my pre. And reading No hype's take on it on another board, I really can't see how it could work apart from placebo effect. So I won't be buying it anymore and will just use it through Uncut.

Sounds like you are confusing it with caffeine

I started using it a few weeks ago. One cap before my workout. Noticed mood enhancement for sure. I feel great when I use it. I've seen some strength increases, but I've changed my workouts, too. I'm not ready to make a call on what it does for me strength-wise.

me neither on the strength aspect, but personally the mood is night and day on amento
1-2 caps of bulk amento and 2 caps it feels stronger than caffeine as far as a focus standpoint goes, pretty darn strong. but that is just me, a lot may not react well. Welcome to the supplement industry not everything was made for everyone. I personally get good focus/mood support off this.

i never jumped into the amentaflavone hype, i felt like it was a random ingredient thrown out there by supp companies to get sales. "hype ingredient this season!"
last thing we need is hype ingredients every other month that dont do anything.

im worried glycerol is the new hype ingredient.
