Looking for a new PWO. Tried many, need something new

Hey guys,

Im looking to try a new pre workout. I want something safe, medium on stims with great pumps and focus. Ive taken C4 (decent), Assault (didn't like it), 1MR (didn't feel much), Bodybuilding scream (OK) and most recently I've been on CL WFR. I really liked white flood reborn but it seems to be losing its effect on me, and making me feel tired. so I figured its time to cycle something else. I want something that is safe to put in my body and not just a bunch of stuff that will make me get all jittery. Any input is appreciated

I really wish i could but I work an overnight shift and I just don't think that I can do it without coffee……with that being said, I may be able to struggle through a stim reduction. Why what are you thinking?

It sounds like you may need a little stim break to let your receptors clean out, so you get more of an effect from stim based pre workouts. Something to give a try is Hemavol from iForce, but after you take a little stim break, definitely check out FURIOUS from AI Sports.

I do appreciate the feedback. I work an overnight shift and don't think i can do it without any caffeine. Would a stim break still be effective if I simply reduce caffeine intake? Is 2 weeks good?

If vortex didn't work for I don't know what will how many scoops did you take? Did you have a stim break? I highly recommend registering for nano vapor samples.

I understand where you're coming from in regards to having trouble managing daily activities due to a stim break. I took a month long stim break around March and then jumped on stims. I've been alternating through different preworkouts and it's helped me from forming a tolerance to one product. Another tip would be to watch your daily caffeine intake, let's say on work days you consume under 400mg, then on non-workdays / weekends try to keep it under 300mg. I hope that helps out

Both strong but also dont make you jittery and provide a good clean focus.

Sounds like OP needs a stim break if he didn't feel anything taking Scream or 1MR, everyone is different though score some samples you will be bound to find one that works for you.

A stim break is in need unless you want to keep yourself in this position. If white flood is making you sleepy, you need a break for sure.

Do you take any stimulants on your off days?

After you take a stim break, try using pre workouts only when you need it, or at least cut out stimulants on your off days so you can avoid building up tolerance so fast.

I'd try out a stim break for a little bit. Maybe try a non-stim pre-workout. You can check out BodyForge 2.0. It's on clearance right now for the release of 2.1

When you want to move back on to stims, you can try White Flood Reborn again since it's a pretty good product. If you're looking for focus as a main aspect of your pre-workout, Neurosurge 3.0 is a great non-prop blend option. Some other favorites of mine are ErgoBlast and MaxOut.

calculate how much coffee you are drinking on your overnight shift. That is most likely your problem. Your body is in a constant state of caffeination between that and the pre. If you suck it up and take a stim break you won't need all the coffee you now drink, and your pre will actually work. Getting one with higher caffeine will just kick the can down the road.

I don't know your definition of "medium on stims" so I'm going to suggest Max Out since it has the same amount of caff as Scream (300mg)

Max Out contains caff plus other stims to give you the energy you need for your workouts.
