Only 5 weeks left of being a teenager and I hit this big PR. My bench has never been strong in comparison to some other powerlifters but I'm pretty happy with this being a drug free lifter. Reps ITT, haven't spread reputation in a while.
Just realised the BW x 22 clip cuts short a few reps.

Do you find that a belt during benching helps with your Bench?I feel like when I wear one it puts my spine a vulnerable positionDom's Sheiko log of pain: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=164624411

Yeah, my strength is a lot higher when in the 90's class, but you know, I'm a lot fatter at 90 and I prefer to walk around low-mid 80's appearance wise. Face gets balloon like at 90+.
Thanks Domibear! I've recently worn a belt because I had a little overextension injury on my spine that was causing discomfort (the injury happened outside the gym), and the belt helped in reducing/stopping that discomfort as it's something to press against when arching/breathing in. I feel like it allows me to "feel" tight and stay tight.
Thanks everyone, I repped you all except for timmy, will get him later when off r/cElite Powerlifter
