Not questioning the goals behind the activity here now, but think of it... People devote several hours to lifting and dieting, spend tons of dollars on it AND STILL LOOK LIKE CRAP. Not trying to joke here, either you're born with top-tier genetics or stick a needle, other than that, LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL DO VERY LITTLE TO YOUR APPEARANCE. Doing bodyweight exercises at home it's as effective as going to the gym to any natural lifter, it boggles my mind that people spend hours and hours a week lifting to get NOTHINF out of it.
Cliff: the natural lifter can look very close to its natural potential with BW exercises alone, believe it or not.

I think it has a lot to do with years, or muscle conditioning/memory.. You can put a solid 2 years in when you're starting at 12,14,16 and take a few years off, pick it back up at like 19 and continue for another year or 2 and take a year off(while staying physically active of course, our lifestyle wont let us TRULY be lazy..long..). Meanwhile looking better than the guy doing the same **** but starting at 21, and complaining about genetics.

It's true. I feel bad for guys here wasting away prime years thinking working out or bb is sweet .once you get a few years of consistent gym and your still so dedicated you ignore any other part of life. Lift 1-2x week that's all you need to do. You will look and feel the exact same 6 months from now realize that. Lol @ ppl thinking it's life. There zero money in fitness/modeling etc. You look like a loser constantly seeking conformation for insecurities.. It's pathetic

I sorta agree because the grind can suck balls, but I still love it.. Cant workout on a routine for more than like 8 months strait though, I start missing 1 or 2 days a week then I end up taking a month off and restarting. The whole time my bodyweight is going fukin crazy. Aesthetic the whole time and feeling great.

Lol that's so far from true.
If you don't lift and have chit genetics, you will either be skinny fat (progressing towards fatter every year you don't life) or just fat.
I was 128 lbs when I started at 22, you really think I have made "very little improvement" to my physique since then?
Sure, I may never look like a jacked fitness model, but the difference is fairly significant, and definitely better then the skinny fat look I would have without lifting.
So your option is look like chit, or look a decent, in bodybuilding standards, without steroids.
I'll take halfway decent before complete chit anyday, but let's be realistic.... I know for a fact I have a better body then 90% of the males of any given room I walk into, and I still am probably one of the smallest guys in the gym. The only thing that sets me apart is the fact I try to stay fairly lean.
On that note, I hate my long ass skinny boned phucking arms they look so phukking small no matter how much I work on them.
