All the people telling op to cut... Need to get their heads checked.
If I could go back, I would have spent much more time ignoring the standard "cut to 10, bulk till 15" rule... That rule should be left mostly to those with a solid base of muscle. Instead, we get a bunch of twinkle weights chasing abs with no mass. Myself being the same in my first couple years. So much time wasted...

Definitely bulk now dude. Great work btw, i'm trying to cut to a similar BF % as yours before I bulk. Think i've got a few more lbs to go! But there's no point in cutting now, you're at a good place to start building muscle. Reverse diet adding a couple of hundred calories per week until you reach a comfortable level.
