lmao, today's the perfect day for this, Ps23 was the responsorial
Also, no pictures. Sadface. GF came with, too, she's a right fair shot. My phone (SGN3) decided it would try to commit suicide today and ran the battery down to 16% in four hours without my touching it. Then it reconsidered and stayed at 16% for seven hours when I left it at home.
Dem would have been some good picts, she was on dat der tight jeans, fitted underarmour top, and 32G bullet bra hnnnnnnng time today.

Gents - about to join your fun little crew.
Looking at picking up my first shotgun for waterfowl hunting (ducks and Canadian geese).
As such, looking for a 12g that can chamber 3.5".
What I'm looking for:
1. A shotgun that I can rough up and not give 2 chits about (1st gun, and I'm rough on equipment)
2. Around the $500 CAN (thats entry level for you Ameribrahs).
Currently looking at Remington 870 Express Super Mag waterfowl:

Thoughts and more importantly, recommendations?

An entry combo pack would be the ticket. Get into it for a year or two and then figure out what you want based on the shortcomings of the package deal. Even stores like Scheel's will have a place for you to get measured and test fire some stuff. I haven't been shooting deer for like the last 5 years, but used to pile em up in my day.

10-12-2014, 07:50 PM #5244express supermag will do everything you want it to.
For pump 12 gauge shotguns the two standbys are Remingon 870 or Mossberg 590 both of which are offered in many configurations to meet your specific wants/needs. They are good guns
Yes. Most prolific line of shotguns in history. Also, mirin avi.

Yea, Our cabela's guy was pretty good. But I did go into a few Local shops. Even if you go into a higher end shop they can measure you and then you can go to cabelas and have an idea of what you want. Cabelas or bass pro will have combo's Like Moe said, I got a combo. If you have an average draw length then you can find better deals.
I just got a Bear, its entry level. Bows can get expensive quick. There would be some guys in the OR section that might know more about different brands than me. I would say treat it just like a firearm, head down to an archery shop and talk to the guys that shoot often.Stats 6'6" 245lbs

I've killed many a duck with my Express Super Mag. Mine was in black synthetic with a 28" barrel. You can save a hundred bucks getting the non camo version. Kent Fasteel #4 are awesome shells.
I've literally dropped mine in the water, got it out, dumped the water out of the barrel then shot with no issues. A quick wipe down with oil after the hunt prevented any rust."Take a course in good water and air; and in the eternal youth of Nature you may renew your own. Good lord . . . you guys all take penor meds this afternoon and decide to post. Dropped into the hotel and thought I'd catch up real quick before headed back out for a bit. Y'all were busy this afternoon.
Farles: Bought the kids a Browning Buckmark for .22LR . . . it's awesome. I don't have experience with any others but the Browning is GTG
Gorilla: KY Gun Co has had Shields for right around $350 (free shipping) for awhile . . . not sure if currently do, but whatever you hear from your buddy, keep that price in mind.
Whoever was asking about G26-like options: the M&P compacts are right there in that same size/capacity. I have a .40c that is nice.
Will have to check back later. Gotta run out and meet with some folks who are here for the conference.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*
