We had such good camaraderie and I liked the fine females who used to join in the fun.

I went as light as 172 lbs almost a year ago as I wasn't really eating much and training light weights for very high reps (ie. 21-27 reps) feeling the stretch and muscle contraction-you know mind muscle connection going for the burn. Then decided skinny wasn't really me and started maintaining around 180 lbs and worked my way up now to 190 lbs. Gonna take some time when I get back to where I was back in the days. Been with this new gym for almost 3 months and getting good results.

How much you weigh bro? Are you doing maintenance mode or going heavy? Tell Gunshow/Fred I said "hola mi hermano".

Damn I didn't know Android don't have the kik app. I don't really have a target goal weight. I just want to be and remain at sub 10% bf. Looks like I might have to drop below 160 to get it. If that is what it takes then I will just have to do it.

The personal section used to get lots of traffic back in the days. Man you've been working in same place for a long time. Pay must be good there. Better pay and room for advancement is why I switched jobs. I used to like halo halo and sweets but nowadays I have been curbing them from my diet. Looks to me you are well disciplined with your dieting and I bet also training. Don't be one of those guys who jump from team to team bro-stay loyal to just one. I know it is hard especially if your team don't make the playoffs and superbowl. Check your technique if your lower back is bothering you when doing legs. I was doing leg presses for a while and then switched back to squats as I wasn't feeling it. Which leg exercise is bothering your back bro?

Nice to have a good boss who works with you on scheduling. Nowadays good ones with integrity are hard to find these days. Good idea to workout them abs for a stronger core bro. Me and you the same with tweaking back from doing simple movements like turning or bending wrong way and it just goes. I stayed away from squats after impinging my right delt/rotator cuff. It was hard for me holding the barbell in back of my neck/traps without impinging the right delt. I like lost flexibility or mobility trying to hold the bar in the back of my neck without causing pain on the dang delt. I wish I could squat 500 lbs like you. You beast mode now bro. Me just playing catch up.
