Hello. Ive been cutting for about 3 months now. Currently at around 13% or 14%. My tee is 2750 cals, and I currently eat around 2100 cals. Realistically, how long do you guys think I can reach my goal of 10%? Cause I'm tired of this cutting crap, and can't wait to bulk up, have tons of energy, and actually make gains. Thank you.
There is a lot of factors to consider here. How many times you workout a week, the intensity at which you train, how good your metabolism is, how on point you are with nutrition. With the right training and the correct nutrition I'd say another 2-3 months to get to 10%. If everything is correct.
