My current routine:
Monday: Chest and triceps
Tuesday: Back and biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders and abs
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Biceps and triceps again?
Saturday: Rest day
Sunday: Rest day
Would it be beneficial if I used Friday as a focus day which would switch around every month or so? So the main question at the moment is would it be alright to train biceps and triceps twice a week?
Thanks

You can if you want, your arms should be recovered by then.
Personally I'd rather have it as a full body power day, Bench, Deadlift, Power Cleans (instead of squats because you are doing legs the day before) and military press.
Just look at it as your fun day, and train whatever part of your body you want as long as its recovered from last time, which your bis and tris would be.
Realize though, that all of the exercises I just mentioned are going to hit your Bis and Tris enough while still strengthening your core and the rest of your body.Started 9/13 @ 155lbs and 20% bf
Now: 12/14 @ 180 11-12%bf
Bench: 195
Deadlift: 350
Squat: 285

You might as well do all body parts twice. My routine is
Monday chest and tris (heavy on chest light tris)
Tueseday back and bis (heavy back light bis)
Wednesday legs (heavy)
Thursday chest and tris (heavy tris light chest)
Friday back and bi (heavy bis light back)
Saturday legs(light)
Sunday rest
Its worked great for me
