    Whats wrong with me lol???

    Ok so ive had in my opinion ridiculous amount of chest and belly fat for all my life. but its the only place my body gets fat. I have a skinny/small body type too. im 170lbs 5'11 and its so bad because I can wear a shirt and ppl will be like your so skinny. and even last year when I lost a bunch of weight and was at 140 and the same height....people thought I was a stick but I still was uncomfortable with all that fat on my chest and belly. even though I could wear a small sized shirt and look skinny (like holocaust skinny). I wouldn't go to the beach or anything because I still had moobs and a small belly. it just weird because I wear clothes and look completely different. to the point where it hasn't even affected my sex life and ppl always want me to go to the beach. I just feel like there is nothing that will get this chest fat and bell fat to leave....even if I wanted to get back to my weight of 140. and no I really don't wanna be this huge muscly dude. advice anyone? im also 19 lol not 28

    Skinny fat syndrome, most people have it. Get on a good workout program (dont really know a workout for someone who dosent want to get big, but stronglifts 5x5 is good), and start eating healthy whole foods. This alone will get you good beginner results. Now do you want to look that skinny or look healthy?

    Yeah sounds like you are suffering from skinny fat. I would see if you can get down to your low weight, and then do a bulk to add some mass onto your frame.

    Don't freak out - you're not going to become a 'huge muscly dude' by accident

    yea I def don't have muscle lol. but I make gains very quick

    As a beginner you will gain muscle and lose fat at the same time for a couple of weeks. Especially if you go on a good program and start eating healthy nutritious foods. Weightless in your case should come by slowly, you dont want to lose to much in to little time and lose whatever other muscle you have.
