hemavol and k nitrate

I just got a deal on these two and decide to use these for a stim break before starting on one of the appetite suppressants that you guys suggested .

My question is about potassium nitrate how is it when stacked with hemavol. ? Is it to much of a pump? I usually ask and research prior but I set out to buy hemavol and this came free.

Use 2-3 caps with hemavol and there will be strong pumps that shouldn't be overwhelming

I didn't notice any extra ergogenic benefit from 2-3 caps to 4 caps personally. Only using 2-3 just makes it last that much longer. Just play around with the dosing and see what you prefer.

I don't notice much with "extra pumps" from it, but do typically have some better vascularity and the endurance benefits are fairly obvious to me.
