On Alphamine+Alpha T2 Stack but still get cravings for cookies and ice cream at night

Cutting on this stack. I just put a whole tray of cookies in the oven. Plan to top it with a scoop of ice cream. I've lost 3 lbs in the past week and have been doing great at eating 300 cals for breakfast, 500 for lunch, 250 cal afternoon snack, 600 cal dinner and a prebed shake for around 1800-2000 cals, but every night I get cravings for unhealthy food. How can I suppress these cravings. My appetite is very suppressed during the day from the Alphamine+Alpha T2, but I can't take caffiene or other stims after 5 or I will stay up all night. Any way to suppress my appetite. I was hesitant to try a fat burner so I don't think I'll consider adding anything else. I'm more considering the changing the timing of when I take each. I usually take Alphamine and Alpha T2 in the morning and then again around 2pm. I'm at the max dose of both supps, so cant add more.

Some of it just is self control too. Can't rely on supplements for everything. Maybe don't buy cookies for starters.

Been in the fridge for almost a month. Bought on impulse. But yes. Very good point. Shouldn't have even bought them then.

But yes, I cannot and do not rely on supplements. It took me a year and a half from the time I started considering supplements to finally take a fat burner. Only reason I decided to was bc I had such intense cravings and gained 8 lbs in 2 months. So far its helped me change my diet and have more energy that keeps me doing things, while losing 3 lbs in the process.

Its a lot about self control. I used to eat a packet of oreos after every workout and still want more. Now i treat myself after a workout with one small treat. You dont have to give it up completely as said above its self control. If cutting it out completely is too hard just cut down on the amount you have.

Use almond milk, cookies & Creme protein / vanilla or chocolate , add 2 crushed Oreos. Freeze in ice cream molds for 4-5 hrs . Enjoy

Take alphamine in morning, skip breakfast until your hungry. Save calories for later on in the day. Carbonated beverages such as coke zero (caffeine free) will help you feel full.

Possibly save some calories for night and get a snack in?

Milk/Almond milk mixed with some protein is always a good choice. There are some very nice tasting protein brands/flavors out there you could try. 3/4 scoop Milk Chocolate with 3/4 scoop Snickerdoodle Select protein is my late night snack when I get a craving.

You could also try baking some goodies with some protein powder? And one other option, Quest bars or Quest chips would be solid.

    This.
A Supplement will not psychologically take you away from eating certain foods you crave
Why not try making low calorie cookies with whey protein powder to satisfy your cravings?
Dont place your faith in supplements they are not replacements for self control or lack of cravings.

1,800-2,000 calories is quite low for someone of your size/age. You may want to bump up your finial meal to 900-1,100 calories to help satiate your appetite.

Additionally, was the week you lost three pounds in the first week of your cut?

Otherwise I'd side with this. If you are having hunger troubles at night you should try shifting your caloric intake so that more of it is around that time to help you out. Try less meals, but make them bigger.

Bulk 5-HTP/Griffonia Seed Extract really aids with cravings. I take it 30 minutes before my eating window ends.

Before I started my diet I wold eat like 2 boxes of Mike and Ike candy a night and still mill on chips and all that..you are going to make up your mind that you don't want to live that lifestyle. About a week before I started I basically ate or threw away all junk food;. I replaced them with bars, fresh fruits, dried fruits etc and eventually the cravings were easier to control....without a supplement. From time to time I may slip up but I want better for myself so I make my self pay for it

Cut out the fried fruit, too many carbs for such a little serving.

    What're your macros?
