OP if you're looking for the pick me up, along with some appetite suppression & mood elevation, LIV is definitely a nice option.

^^ I actually really enjoyed LIV when I tried it. Didn't get to use a whole bottle but the energy out of the sample packs was awesome.

Without mentioning or knocking specific brands:

Carb/fat blockers: Phaseolus vulgaris (alpha-amylase inhibitor), Chitosan
Stimulants: Caffeine, green tea extracts/green tea catechins+caffeine. Others work I would avoid them and will not mention them.
Nutrient partioning: Potentially, calcium (depends on population), l-carnitine
Appetite supressants: soluble fibers, no evidence for Hoodia gordonii
