Weight/Fat Loss stopped! - What to do

I've been cutting for 3 weeks now, been leaning up nicely. I've hit 12 stone 8 (176lbs) and I've been there for around a week now.

I've been following 5/3/1 for a few months now and my lifts have been going up each time, even when dieting and on low carb.

First 2 weeks were 2,300 calories a day, 3rd week has been 2,150 calories a day, desk based job, lifting 4 days a week, 30 mins low intensity cardio 5/6 days a week since the start of the 3rd week. (Been having pink grapefruit juice, green tea, white tea, omega 3 fish oils, to help aid fat loss) Guessing my bf is around 12-14%

    What should I do?

    Up my calories?
    Drop my calories?
    Increase my cardio?
Drop my carbs even lower? (Been around 130g a day) and continue as is?

(Only wanting to cut for another 2 weeks, 4/5lbs off would get my pretty close to where I want to be.

If you've been at the same weight for only a week, then there is no need to change things up yet. Weight loss is not a linear process, there will be fluctuations along the way. If you're still not losing weight in 2 weeks time then it's time to re-assess.
