3x10 Lat Pulldowns, 3x10 Rear Lateral Raises (superset)
3x10 Seated DB Shoulder Press
3x10 DB Biceps Curls superset (max reps with lower weight after the 1st 10 reps)
3x10 Rope Pushdowns
3 sets of any abs exercise
Workout B
3x10 Leg Presses
3x10 Seated Leg Curls and 3x10 Lying Leg Curls superset
3x10 Standing Calf Raises
3x10 Romanian Deadlift
