So I have switched from a 5×5 to a 10*10 or german volume training. My Trainer says that I need to focus on more volume and put my focus on hypertrophy more then just strength. I just don't want to waste any time. Is it worth running this program for a while?

I could tell you that GVT is for advanced lifters and you wont benefit from it, but I doubt you'd listen.
