Can't find it right now.
He was on the senate hearing and McCaskill was grilling him.
He's not in trouble
"According to a news release from McCaskill's office, "...The FTC claimed that weeks after green coffee was promoted on the Dr. Oz Show, Pure Green Coffee began selling their Pure Green Coffee extract, charging $50 for a one-month supply."Kick.com/beetoxic

Pretty much this.
I will give him credit, he is a fantastic actual Doctor. I would trust him to operate on me (he is a cardiothoracic surgeon) @ New York Med. So while he might not have any idea on dieting and what not, he is a very accomplished and recognized surgeon.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

I posted a different article than the title because CNN didn't have an article on their main website yet.
Here is the video

With regard to his nutritional and supplement advice, he is pandering, plain and simple. Nobody would watch the show 5 days a week if he just talked about calories in and out and calculating TDEE. Everybody wants the magic pill and the media machine loves the soundbites and ratings and ad revenue.
He is mainly an entertainer. Back in the day, he would be on the edge of town peddling snake oil.
And who doesn't post here anymore? Dr. Horse?
