I'm due to start an ec stack Monday. I've got ephedrine hcl (8mg tabs) but I'm struggling to find optimal dosage recommendations. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Or recommend from experience?

Taking large doses like 25mg E and 200mg C or more several times a day is bad for your adrenal gland and build tolerance to it very fast. This is why I encourage people to start with lower doses and keep the doses low but frequent, a dose every 4 hours (more sustainable effect and no crashes).
Important:
You are using EC as a metabolism booster and not as a stimulant so don't go upping the dosage just cause you don't feel it. Ephedrine can be very dangerous to your health at higher doses.Current lifting stats:
Bench: 125kg (275lbs)
Squat: 150kg (330lbs)
Deadlift: 180kg (396lbs)

I don't think that's true. The evidence for even the existence of adrenal fatigue is very mixed.
While you do build a tolerance to the appetite suppressing effect of ephedrine, the thermogenic effect does not diminish over time.

That's what I meant. Ephedrine is still working no matter if you feel it or not. Longer use of E depletes certain neurotransmitters. It's not really about adrenal fatigue, some people are just more prone to the bad effects that might happen.
I became insanely groggy and depressed from larger doses of E so I spread the dose.
I believe adding L-tyrosine helps (precursor to excitatory neurotransmitters). There's no research to back it tho.Current lifting stats:
