2 days ago did this workout :
Squat rest 3-4 min
2/3/3/3/3 100kg
3/3/ 85KG
felt each rep pretty hard but did not felt very exhausted after this squat session so decided to do deadlifts
my max is 110KG
Sumo Deadlift rest 5 min
3x140kg
1x170kg
2X 160kg
1X 160kg
this was challenging of course my max is 2X180KG when I'm fresh
after these deadlifts did
Farmer Walk
5m 10m 5m with 70kg in each hand
after session felt tired but shouldn't after heavy leg day of course I should I thought.
in night sleep was terrible went sleep 23.00 waked up 2.00 morning then 4.00 then 6.00 etc
could it be that only with 4 heavy deadlifts I overtrained? Was it too much it seems so, I have done more crazy stuff like 70% of 1 rep max 4 sets of 10 reps squats then 4 sets 10 reps deadlifts and before all that heavy bench press 10X10 don't remember that was sleep problems then.
previous workout seems also was too much same story terrible sleep at night afer that session:
this was workout:
Sumo Deadlift
3x140kg
1X160kg
2X180kg
3x170KG
3x170KG
2X170kg
basically maxed out all reps 180 is new record
Pause Squat
5x60kg
3x3 90kg all these felt very hard
Rack Pull
2/4/4 160kg
seems if I go to max on deadlifts then even with few reps I can overtrain??? with lot more reps and sets but lower weight seems no...

You don't really overtrain in a single session. Many would argue you never truly overtrain at all, but if it were to happen its not due to one single intense session, people specifically over work/ over reach all the time and take extended time off to compensate for the extra stress. Basically in order to overtrain you would need to to more work than you are capable of recovering from for a period of time, not a single day's worth of lifting. You are just kicked your own ass is all, that is not a bad thing.

I think most lifters who think they are overtraining are more so not physically prepared for the sudden increase of workload that they do.

why you think I'm in hospital ?? no it was not so bad, tomorrow I have again deadlift session together with squats so today I'm thinking what to do. It's not like I have jumped to such routine out of blue air, previous sessions also were not child play Did even 5 deadlift sets of 5 reps @85% one rep max then 3 sets 3-5 rep heavy squats also ~85% 1 rep max maybe eventually it is too much. Insomnia and fatigue are overtraining symptoms day after these last 2 session did not felt very good. It's strange because overall feeling after these workouts immediately was not so bad. There were even harder sessions before but not with maximum weights.

Accumulating fatigue happens during any training cycle. A lot of fatigue takes more rest time, a little fatigue takes less. Obviously, you don't want to err to far on either side, but it's not a disaster. If you haven't trained enough, train harder. If you overdid it, rest a bit.
I'm not sure why there tends to be this weird polarizing attitude toward 'overtraining'--people seem to either regard it as a disaster, or act super hardcore and claim you can never be overtrained and you should max on all lifts every day.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.
