Definitely wanna get in on this.... Chest is pretty sore from a earlier workout... See how I feel tomorrow or Saturday, or wait til the dreaded Chestday on Monday!
Weighing in at 238ish.... I'll take pic to confirm!"For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."

Great first entry. Did my sample vid after my working sets as well. Remember, you can enter more than once as long as you stay in the same weight class. 15 will be hard to beat for the big boys. I assume the higher the weight the lower the reps but time will tell!
Good for 17, nice work brotha!

Going to try again, just not after dynamic effort work.

Vann looked crazy strong in those videos!
Great work so far everyone! Keep those posts coming. I will get my entry in this weekend. I have been cleaning up the diet some so I will have to weigh-in first.

Video coming in a few hours. I weighed 214.8 this morning, so I'll do 215. Figures, I've been weighing 210-212. I'm on week 3 of 5/3/1 and probably shouldn't stray from the routine, but I'll hit up the bench for reps, take a good rest, then hit my 5/3/1 sets. Yeah boyyyyyyy.
RPS Annihilation, 10-18-14, 220 amateur, raw, no knee wraps or sleeves:
Squat: 475
Bench Press: 325, failed 355 on my third attempt
Deadlift: 565
Total: 1365

20 reps with 215
So that's what I got, 20 reps with 215. I was really hoping to get more than 20. I wonder how many more I could've gotten with 210, 2 or 3 maybe? Here's a pic of the scale this morning:
And the video:
So then I did my regular 5/3/1 workout for this week. I did 5 reps with 220, 3 reps with 250, then repped out with 280. To my surprise I was able to get 6 reps with 280. Last week I finished with 265 for 7.

I did a trial run today at bodyweight and was able to get in to the twenties. I didn't go all out because I did not want to push too hard and exhaust myself before hitting upper body power today. (Hit 6 reps with 100 pound dumbbells!)
I will hit chest and arms hypertrophy on Tuesday, so I will bring someone to record me then and I'm shooting for at least 25 reps.Last edited by StoneColdMC; 05-31-2014 at 03:22 PM.

I think I am the second iSatori rep in... Scale said 217 this morning, I decided to just put 225 on for the fun of it. Missed my PR, I will give it a go again in a couple weeks to see if I can tie or beat my PR.
