    What is YOUR staple TRICEP exercise

    All in the title

    For those who don't know, to put it simply. a staple exercise is an exercise you have to do every workout.
    Mine is 4 sets of dips which i do at the start of every session.

    I switch it up time to time. No staples here except I do love dips, close grip bench, skull crushers, and if i'm a little lazy/tired, rope pushdowns.

    weighted dips from day 1 of working out. tricep is overpowering my biceps like 90-% not proportional because i only did chin ups. 16inch btw at 5'7

    Close grip barbell incline presses, anything with a close grip I find is really beneficial.

    Close grip bench, really hits your triceps if you do it right, and i find it easier to progressively overload than pushdowns/skullcrushers etc
