It's fine but is there any reason beside your "busy schedule" that makes you only consider oats?

Daaaang that's a lot of oats. I usually can go down 3 cups a day and that's pushing it. You're gonna get burnt out quick with that lol. Why not just make 3-4 dry measured cups of rice on sunday night and eat it through the week? Rice gets better as it sits a day or two IMO.

But anyways, I don't see much wrong with this endeavour other than making a bodybuilding diet even more mundane than they usually are

Sandwich, boom! Bread for carbs and just as easy; cereal, potatoes, most fruit.... so many options for carbs that are both fast and easy you don't need to limit yourself.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

I get most of my carbs from oats because I love proats. I use over 300 gr a day. I think as long as you reach your micros with enough fruit and veggies you're fine :-)

sounds like a lot of oats...probably isn't a problem, but why not try sweet potato? If you bake them and take them with you, imo, they are even good cold with some splenda and cinnamon and salt on em mmm
