I have a busy schedhule and im making a shake qith 8oz milk and 1 cup oats 3-4 times a day and with that i cook a 8-10 oz steak..
Just wondering is consuming that many oats ok? I am considering taking 6 cups a day

Daaaang that's a lot of oats. I usually can go down 3 cups a day and that's pushing it. You're gonna get burnt out quick with that lol. Why not just make 3-4 dry measured cups of rice on sunday night and eat it through the week? Rice gets better as it sits a day or two IMO.
But anyways, I don't see much wrong with this endeavour other than making a bodybuilding diet even more mundane than they usually are

Sandwich, boom! Bread for carbs and just as easy; cereal, potatoes, most fruit.... so many options for carbs that are both fast and easy you don't need to limit yourself.
