I do two exercises for each muscle with as many reps as I can do (anywhere from 15-20 reps) I also take creatine before and after my workout.
TRAPS:
Shrugs and lateral raise
SHOULDERS:
Shoulder press and sitting shoulder press
TRICEPS:
Triceps extension and kickbacks
BICEPS:
Hammer curls and alternative curls(20 each arm)
CHEST:
Bench press and flyes
QUADS:
weighted squats and step ups
HAMSTRING:
Box jump (15 reps rest then another 15)
CALVES:
Calf raise (15 reps rest then another 15)
SHIN:
Shin curls (10 reps each leg)
BACK:
Wide row and one arm row (20 each arm)
BUTT:
Donkey lift and Romanian dead lift
Also I was just wondering should skinny fat bother with ab exercises
