I would say same as me or a percent lower because I look like that in overhead lighting. ~12-13%. Depends on where you store fat. I still have a decent amount of fat on my legs, lower back, and lower abs.

Would greatly appreciate an estimated body fat. I am at 204 pounds right now and I am 5'11". I just started eating clean about 3 weeks ago but have dropped 12 pounds since then. I can tell a huge difference in vascular difference, especially the past 10 days. Just looking at where my ideal weight should be. I have been back working out for 6 months after not going to the gym for 5 years. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hello i recently just went from 184 to 157. I am 18 and my waist size is 31

Ive been looking around for an explanation as to how i have such low body fat. I mean i think its awesome if its accurate but the thing is i never worked for this, not really. According to several measurements with the accu-measure caliper as well as using the linear-software.cum website with the "Jackson/Pollock 4 Caliper Method", i have anywhere from 1.92-2.76 percent body fat. Im not built by any means. Im 25 years old, 5'8" and weigh 110lbs with no clothes. Sounds like a skinny ****er. I am i guess, but i have definition to my body. I have rounded pecks, abs, triceps are defined and so are biceps. Im definitely not ripped though. Legs are lacking and i feel they are weak. I dont lift weights, however, but i do box as you can tell from my username. I dont really know why im posting this or what i wish to gain from this post. I've read posts on here claiming that you would be dead if you had 2% and its not possible and this and that. I guess i would like people to discuss how it would be possible, what circumstances would make it possible, or if i have some sort of sickness that i am unaware of. I have brought the subject up to doctors since i was like 15. I get the same old bull**** response. "Enjoy it now kid you're lucky you have a fast metabolism, it will slow down dont worry." Im not worried, doc, i just want an explanation. 10 years later its the same ****. If you'd bother to do some sort of testing maybe we can find out.

I plan to go to one of the "Bod-Pod" locations near my house soon to check and see if these results are correct. I'll reply back to my own post with results when i get them.

I been using the Katch Mcardle method for a while now to calculate my daily calories, it is among the most accurate ways to get your calories out there, it calculates the with the body fat you input, but as we all know the only true way to get your bodyfat numbers is real expensive, I normally use a caliper with its chart that shows me where im at, as of today it says im at 11% bf i weigh 134lb , according to my pics do you think im even close to 11%. Thank you.

Yeah, I know...not much longer hopefully, but I've been fat for the last 20 years, so it's very difficult to think about hopping on the scale again and hoping the weight goes up! My goal was to get to 12% then slow bulk, but I don't know if it's feasible to get that low.

I reckon you're pretty close to 12% now, probably 13/14 %.

I reckon you're about 15 to 16 % BF, you'll have to lose a few more pounds to get to 11%
