Hey guys,
I don't know much but I try to get strong. I'm sick of being fat and slow. I'm turning 37 this year and right now most mornings I weigh 98kg (216lbs) at 179cms height which I believe is about 5'10-11. I want to get down under 90kg (198lbs). Like I said I don't know too much, but I do know I need to eat less food. I read through some logs in training and fat loss and I hope by starting one myself I can be more motivated to get the job done. My routine will be mostly using the lifts squat, bench, deadlift, press, chins and rows. I don't like to plan too much, sometimes mixing things up, but to start I'll do 10x3 @ 70-75% 1RM with 60 seconds between sets. This will be strength and conditioning wrapped into one.
I'll upload a starting body pic (not pretty!) the next time I'm on the PC. But for now, let the logs begin!
