Are there any benefits to taking BCAAs preworkout? (ie... more endurance, energy, less soreness?)...Or should I just take my BCAAs supp. with my POST workout shake? Thanks for the help.

mix them with protein and high glycemic carbs. That mixture will maximize the post workout anabolic responce and insulin spike.
