    Any benefits of taking BCAAs PRE-workout??

    Are there any benefits to taking BCAAs preworkout? (ie... more endurance, energy, less soreness?)...Or should I just take my BCAAs supp. with my POST workout shake? Thanks for the help.

    You should see some benefit taking them pre workout as well.

    mix them with protein and high glycemic carbs. That mixture will maximize the post workout anabolic responce and insulin spike.

    Def. helps endurance in the gym, it will help push out a few more reps. Def. notice this with a product like Purple Wraath or Xtend.

    I've seen great results using EAAs pre and post workout, so there would be some benefit with taking BCAAs at both times too.

    Yup, that is the way to go. Since I've added BCAA's and EAA's I have seen nice improvement.
