oh, one more question, i thought the tricep was both phasic/tonic, thats why when i work it out i do a drop set, ex, skulcrushers 95x5 then right away 75 x 9, is this a good way to go about it, since tonic is better to work low reps, and phasic high reps?Ltes just say im big Enuf
