Which will make my butt grow faster??

I'm 21 year old girl, my height is 5'0 and I weigh 88 pounds, my measurements are 31 - 25 - 32
I would like to make my butt bigger, so my question is: which will make my butt grow faster, exercises (such as squat) or taking a supplement that high in carbs (such as Serious Mass)???

and another question, is it okay if I do squat and then I drink serious mass after the exercise?? I mean will I make my butt grow bigger and still look like a girl or will I build muscles and look like a guy?? because I'm afraid if I do so I will look like guy and I don't want that to happen.

If you have a gym membership and they have a Stair Mill, I suggest using that and adding a drop it low like thing every 10 seconds.

A solid lifting routine & calorie surplus is what is needed to grow muscle. That's what you need to do if you want to grow a booty. Is doesn't matter if your calories come from weight gain shakes or food... This is bulking... Check out this thread too >>>

BTW you are never going to look like a guy if you are a female. We don't have the testosterone to add mass quickly. You will just end up looking lean and toned if you lift and recomposition your body.

Start off with Deep Squats and Lunges. No need to complicate the program to start off with. Also, check out the Nutrition section - in order to grow you will need to eat.
