You're right, there weren't that many Mexicans but there were also few whites,asians,etc. It was like the wild wild west but then again we are the ones who introduced the "vaqueros" which are now known as cowboys among other things plus the native americans like us more than they like you. I personally don't hate white people but it seems like the only ones looking to start a racial debate are the whites.

San Diego brah checking in and both of the statements above are chit. I didn't start living the good life here until my wife and I crossed the 200k mark.
Sure you can snowboard and surf and eat lobster burritos in Baja on the same day, but it costs $$$... good luck finding a web developer/designer gig here :lulz: we've got more of those than we do lawyers.

I love when people act like "native americans" and the natives from mexico are 2 totally different things. lets be honest, if the line that divides mexico from the US had been established further south, then the natives living in what is now northern mexico would be considered native americans. if the line had been draw further north, then those currently considered native american would be considered native mexicans.

gonna have to agree with OP
i've been through over 50% of the country. SoCal is the best if you're a.) Minority b.) don't like the cold c.) like latinas/asians
d.) Jewish e.) have a career in tech/med/ or want to start up your own company. f.) want them laidback people
