    Sumo deadlift form check

    Is my form ok ?
Ive been watching videos but i feel my form is not good.

Also, i cant normal deadlift so i thought i should use the sumo deadlift.
If anyone could watch the video and tell me if my form is good, and if not what should i do ?

    Thx

Two great videos on the sumo deadlift.

Stop moving your head during the set, keep a neutral head position and maintain it for the entire set, don't look around.

Also be more aggressive, in your warm up you should be able to throw the bar around. You should be treating your warm up sets as if they were max effort sets and lifting with maximal effort. This will also benefit you when the weights do get heavy because you'll be used to pulling with much more speed.

The videos mention all the important things though.
    Squat: 202.5kg | 446lbs
    Bench: 125kg | 275lbs
    Deadlift: 235kg | 518lbs

Use 45lb plates or deadlift from boxes with smaller plates

Yes...Raising the bar with 45lbs plates will give you a better chance to raise your hips a little bit better plus have better position. Pull yourself down to the bar instead to lift with your back...
