Hey folks, so have you thought about your goals for this year then? I'm still undecided if I will cut this year or just continue my bulk, but slow it down a bit. Will see how I feel about my body at the end of Feb which is when I would prob want to start cutting (for summer).
Lifting-wise, here are the numbers I am looking for this year:
SQUAT - 100kg
OHP - 50kg
BENCH - 80kg
BB ROW - 80kg
DEADLIFT - 120kg
Have kept my goals conservative, don't want to aim too high. I think these are achievable and would be delighted to get them - if I surpass them, even better!
What's your goals for this year?

My goals for this year are much the same as last year, most of which i failed (i'm blaming the elbow injury i inflicted on myself in April, and which is still not 100%)
- 3x bodyweight deadlift (again... didn't quite manage it last year 2.96x)
- Planche pushups on bar (then on rings)
- Slow muscleup on rings
- 60 second front lever
- Get to 5% body fat (novelty value, 6.5% my lowest to date)
- Put another half inch on my calvesI know i'm skinny, and i know my abs don't count

I have no defined goals in terms of weight lifted
I do have a goal of finishing 2014, with a better physique than I start the year with and in order to do that, I know the weight I need to shift will have to continually increase
my goal is to look like I lift weight whilst wearing clothes, so that people I meet, will know, I am no stranger to the iron☻/

Since I hit a couple of goals in 2013, I've very motivated to achieve a couple of new goals in 2014. First is to bench double my body weight by my birthday in May. I'm currently about 30-35 lb from this goal. Second is to cut to 155 by the end of the summer. Currently 11 pounds over this, haven't been in the 150's for 15 years, and when I was, I had far less muscle than I do now. Third is slightly lower my LDL cholesterol, and slightly increase HDL levels.
I have a couple of goals NOT related to training. First is to spend more quality time with my daughters. I spend way too much time just taking care of business, and not enough time working on relationships with my teenage daughter. I nee to fix that. Next, is spending more time relaxing, and thinking about absolutely nothing. I'm so high strung, that I sometimes I forget what it means to "chill". As I get a little older, I'm realizing how important this is to my physical and emotional well being.

At the end of July I decided to go for 300/350/400 as numbers for bench press, squat and deadlift, whilst remaining under 210lbs - I was 198 and starting to bulk. I hit the 400lbs deadlift at 208lbs (3 at 396lbs and a single at 401lbs) on 29th November. I haven't made the squat and BP numbers, but will give myself until the end of this month and both will be calculated 1RMs as whilst I want to hit the weight, I don't want to sacrifice the training plan to prove I can hit the number.

1. A typical goal for those of us with a milestone birthday: To be in my best shape ever when I turn 50 in May. I plan to cut down to 150 lb by the end of March, and then build up to a lean & mean 155 on May 6.
2. Starting today: Add 15 to 20 minutes to my workouts. Since starting a new job in August I've only been working out 35-45 minutes right after work, but I can improve on that. Yesterday I had an awesome 1.25 hour workout and it got the desire burning again.
3. Weight goals, for 5 reps: Bench 225 lbs; DL 325 lbs; Squat 225 lbs; OHP 135 lbs. Yeah, I know my squat goal is weak, but I really really detest squats.

These seem agressive but I've accomplished much more than these in the past:
Bodyweight 230 pounds (current 217)
10% Bodyfat (current 20%?)
Incline Press 275x5 (did 195x12 recently - I've only ever done flat when competing/preping for PL-ing)
Squat 405x5 (still working on form)
Deadlift 365x3 (still working on form but did 225x12)

My goal is to have no more damn surgeries, lol. I haven't been able to lift for a straight year since I started.
1RM goals in pounds
Bench - 225, did 190 few months ago
Smith OH press - 165, untested atm. Todays last working set was 10 reps @ 100.
DL - 375, Did 330 months ago.
Squat - 275, able to get 205 singles now but a few months ago was my first time ever being able to do them. With time, I'll get better.
Catfish - 50, best to date is a 40.1 flathead
Striper - 30, have caught two @ 24 so far.
Weight goal is still 165 but drop my bf down to 12%. It's hard to set a weight/bf goal for me......... I lack experience to be honest.
Good luck O35'ers

2) 182.5kg deadlift (401 pounds)
3) 150kg squat (330 pounds)
4) Consistent 100kg Bench Press (220 pounds)
Modest by some standards, but they're my goals, not anybody else's!Squat (noun) A means of helping men understand what it feels like to give birth.

Continue building foundation since still pretty new.
Learn more in general - from members here, and other readings.
Add about 20 lbs body weight (saving lifting goals for a bit later)
Find out more and learn exercises/methods that focus on strength and explosiveness that would carry over
into better throwing performance. Construct my own program at that point which suits my own needs.
Adding in more track exercises and plyometric type stuff - maybe jump my own height again (did at 15 )

Multiple goals for 2014 -
From the gym - incr 3 core lifts by 20% over 2013, so a 110kg bench (roughly 250lbs), 120kg squat (265lb) and 170kg DL (375lb). Want to look like I lift with and without clothes.
Family holiday to surfers paradise, qld Australia with the theme parks etc. Kids are now old enough to enjoy all the rides etc.
Get a job for additional income so that the business works for us to repay debt and I earn enough to enjoy life (and get to surfers). My journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150040863
Max Lifts
Squat 135kgs (297 lbs)
Bench 105kgs (231 lbs)
Deads 160kgs (352lbs)
