Ah, only a few weeks until new years, but I'm not gonna wait...
The good folks on Bodybuilding.com put out an offer to let a few lucky people try out

A little about me:
I am an amateur bodybuilder (figure/physique) in need of a shakeup. I need to grow, but at the same time I put on fat very easily. I am looking to compete in physique, but I have been stalled in my gains, and it's very difficult to gain muscle, at the same time even with HARD training and "clean" eating I often find myself getting "puffy"
Lucky me, I'm working with IFBB Pro Katrinka Chapek. FURTHERMORE, I have THIS bad boy
on my side to help me burn more fat, and thus gain a leaner physique, and...

Per 2 caps: Green Tea 500mg, Bitter Orange Powder 420mg, Caffeine 225mg, Cayenne 200mg, Phenylalanine 25mg, Green Coffee 10mg

Cardio Day
Really felt like going FULL BEASTMODE today, but trainer told me she doesn't want me overtraining, and after a "meh" legs day yesterday. Saturdays are cardio days. So I did beastmode cardio.
CARDIO
**PRE: BCAAs and 2 caps GRENADE **
45 minutes @ Level 12
HR 150-170-ish
Very hard today, if you can't train hard, then use that fire for cardio. Considering I had a lackluster legs day yesteday, it felt good to go hard
A few days before the start of using GRENADE
4 days later
Can't complain
