My goal is to gain atleast 30lb in the next 6/9 months
Hello guys, im a 20 years old, weighting 125lb, and 6ft tall. I've always been skinny, and i've never liked the way i looked, 2 months ago i came across this forum, and man ... I decided to change my life around. Now, I've gained 2/3kg in the past month and a half, with no supplements, and a 3000kcal diet.
My previous programme was full of isolation movements, but i changed it to a powerlifting 5x5.
I would love to hear your opinions/tips.
PS: Please don't comment saying how skinny I am, I know it. And, wtf I wanna cover them bones on my chest.
i knwo you are skinny but no need to rush a bulk. concentrate on progression in the weight and volume you lift. although powerlifting 5x5 is a good base i would try to maintain some hypertrophy work into your routine aswell
this isn't going to be a 6 month thing... it's going to be a life long struggle. eat a lot of food and lift weights. do this for a couple years. kick some ass... best of luck!
