    Decent speed work today eventhough I wasn't really feeling up for it. So it pretty much was get in an get out kinda session.


    Week 7 Speed Squat

    Speed Squat 5 sets 2 reps
    230x2, 230x2, 230x2, 230x2, 230x2

    Front Squat 2 sets 3 reps
    205x3, 205x3

    20 mins at 8% incline at 3.0 on treadmill

    Nice work Carl! I have been doing the in/out sessions quite a bit lately too. Props to you for getting that work done!

    Another PR on CBG this morning for weight, sets and reps. After doing those 3 sets for 6 reps I should've bumped it up to 250. I'll bump it next week... I wanted to get these on vid but it's just no way to get a good angle to see anything the way they have things setup. Just judging by the way my bench work has been going and shoulder has been feeling I'm expecting to have a good test day when it comes time.
