2018 goals:
Lift more than I did in 2017, which won't be hard because I haven't lifted much since March 2017
Build back the muscle I lost while I went through a "I hate lifting" phase
Love lifting again

Another PR on CBG this morning for weight, sets and reps. After doing those 3 sets for 6 reps I should've bumped it up to 250. I'll bump it next week... I wanted to get these on vid but it's just no way to get a good angle to see anything the way they have things setup. Just judging by the way my bench work has been going and shoulder has been feeling I'm expecting to have a good test day when it comes time.
Week 7 Accessory Work
CGB 3 sets 6 reps
240x6, 240x6, 240x6
OHP 3 sets 8 reps
135x8, 135x8, 135x8
Face Pulls 3 sets 8 reps
100x8, 100x8, 100x8
DB Upright Row 3 set 8 rep
35x8, 35x8, 35x8
Lilly Shrugs 3 sets 10 reps
60x10, 60x10, 60x10
DB Row 3 sets 8 reps
100x8, 100x8, 100x8
Hammer Curls 3 sets 12 reps
30x12, 30x12, 30x12
DB Bicep Curl 3 sets 10 reps
45x10, 45x10, 45x10ᕙ(͡°‿ ͡°)
