Today's session felt pretty good, actually hit a CGB PR for weight, sets and reps. Those really felt very easy... I honestly think I could've bumped the weight up to 240 or 245 without any trouble. So I think next time I will increase it.

Week 7 Bench Reps

Bench 3 sets 5 reps

CGB 3 sets 6 reps
All PR 235x6, 235x6, 235x6

Double Pause Bench 3 sets 5 reps
185x5, 185x5, 185x5

Yates Row 3 sets 8 reps

Standing Abs

Strong consistency with your rep ranges man!

I wanted to get these on vid but it's just no way to get a good angle to see anything the way they have things setup. Just judging by the way my bench work has been going and shoulder has been feeling I'm expecting to have a good test day when it comes time.
