The something special he would have needed was better condition. He will have to shed 50lbs+ in his contest prep in order to be 290 in "olympia contending condition" which he has never been. Hope they are lying about his weight, or that he was able to put 20 lbs of muscle which goes against the odds.

If he is 339 at that conditioning, that is just unreal. He does seem like he has gained some size and his conditioning, regardless of the weight is very good for this far out judging by the vascularity of his arms.

This guy is definitely the first guy in a long time I am excited to see every year, because I feel like he is going to be improving for a few more years still. Let's go Ramy.
