Since I haven't really seen anybody else log their experience with the new Nimbus Reform, I thought I would go ahead and step up to the plate. Figure this log will help keep me motivated and will give you guys an idea of just how good this product is. I have seen a lot of people interested in it due to it's fantastic profile for cutting, but especially recomping.
Current Stats and Notes
6'4''
~225lbs
20 years old
College baseball player (RHP)
Coming off of minor knee surgery ~3 months ago (patellar tendonosis)
Goals
By the end of this run, I will only be about 3 weeks to a month out from the start of baseball season. Following my knee surgery, I lost a ton of quad strength and conditioning. My biggest concern for this Christmas Break is to regain lost strength and muscle mass, get my power to weight ratio as high as possible, and lose as much body fat as possible in the process. Scale literally means nothing at this point, as long as it doesn't really go up. This is all about strength numbers and body fat.
Stack
Nimbus Reform
Bioforge V3 - NOTE: Received the wrong product in my order from BF/CM so will have to add in a few days.
Forskolin - extra dose/day combined with Reform
XFactor - This will depend on joint discomfort in my knee and inflammation. LOVE this product, but health is most important and has caused me quite a bit of joint discomfort in the past.
Throw in the usual protein, creatine, multi, fish oil, bcaa, ect..
Nutrition
Being home from school for Christmas Break, nutrition won't be a problem for me at all. Struggle most at school with affording the groceries I want! Calories will vary depending on the day and whether or not I am working my job (construction), but will be somewhere in the 2700-3000kcal range.
Lifting Program
I will be following a 3 day lower, 2 day upper program with the focus on RFP/Power development. Strength gains will also be a primary goal and hypertrophy will definitely take the back seat. As long as the knee can take it, I will be squatting 3x a week and will be doing some sort of conditioning finisher or HIIT after every workout.
In case some of you haven't seen the labels or are unaware of the product, here is the label for Reform...
I am excited to get this log going and will get my first update in tonight. Gonna go hit some clean pulls and squats here soon...

Workout: Lower Body
Clean Pull 2x3, 3x2 @ 225lbs, 275lbs
Front Squat 6x3 185x2, 205x4
Trap Bar Jumps 6x2 135lbs w/ 30s rest
Bowler Squats 3x10
Nutrition
Went untracked today. Lots of doctors appointments and travel day for me so didn’t really worry about total calories. Just ate by feel.
Supplements
2 caps Reform, 4 caps XF PreWO
Note: First time trying the Protizyme protein tonight. 1/2 scoop chocolate cake with a 1/2 scoop of Isoflex PB Chocolate.....
Notes
Clean pulls felt great and explosive. Usually Monday is my Power Clean day, but while working out at home, I won’t have bumpers and don’t feel comfortable without them. I am hoping to get into our high school and work in there at least a few days a week. That front squat weight is embarrassing for me. I box squatted 475x3 this summer before surgery, so those numbers better go up quick! Trap bar jumps also felt great. Overall, solid workout. Knee wasn’t feeling too bad either. Few guys I haven't seen in a few months commented that I looked light I had leaned up a good amount so that was good to hear. Progress is the best motivation!

Hey bro, good luck with the recomp run and strength gains. Seems like a solid plan. Definitely keep me posted on what results you see with the Nimbus Reform. I was thinking about picking one up in the near future once my cycle is done.

So today was my first day back at work. I worked the same job over summer break (construction), but am just at a different job site from here on out until New Years. My body hasn't really adjusted from my time change due to traveling home, so last nights sleep was very low quality and brief. This is one of the advantages of BFv3 I look forward to the most because I have a mild sleep disorder caused from my ADHD/anxiety. People say, "Ya, it sucks when I just lay in bed and can't get to sleep." Well dude, try laying in bed awake longer than you actually spend asleep. It's not uncommon for me to lay in bed for 8 or 9 hours, but really only have 4 to 5 hours of sleep and I can tell this has been affecting my recovery.
After work, my roommate at school who was actually a high school teammate of mine and lives 2 minutes away, had me go up to the church with him and play some 3v3 basketball. It was a damn good time and felt great to actually get out on my feet and get some cardio, just won't be able to tell my physical therapist .
Regarding working out today, I had an unusual lack of appetite and a somewhat upset stomach all day today. Don't know if it is from the Reform or not, but it is something I will keep an eye on. For that reason, my nutrition was subpar today and just ate by hunger mostly. I was most definitely far short of my intended intake so hopefully that spurs some hunger tomorrow. I was planning on working out upper tonight, but I absolutely crashed by the time I got home from the gym. Working manual labor all day and then running the floor for 2 hours absolute wore me out, especially on like 4-5 hours of sleep I got last night. Just going to take advantage of an early night in bed tonight and try and make sure I am ready to go tomorrow. I want to avoid burning out because my overall calorie deficit the last two days has been pretty pronounced.
Also, anybody know of how to get ahold of the supplement dude I got the BFv3 from cause it seems like I have been locked out from getting BFv3 anytime soon. My order was incorrect and haven't heard back about how I need to get it fixed. Pretty frustrating cause another dude was helping me get ripped real quick and fixed my issue within minutes of telling them. Obviously can't throw this into the stack until it is in my hands!
Thanks for the follow fellas...Lift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Got in a late workout last night after coming home and crashing again after work. However, I did finally get a better night of sleep so that should definitely start to get me on a better sleep schedule. Workout felt good and pumped the whole time. Some of y'all will notice and question why I don't do any direct arm work or isolations, but it just isn't prudent for me being a pitcher. I have a long wingspan and torso with short legs, so my arms already look proportionally small the way they are. It just isn't of primary concern for me.
Also, the Bioforge issue is worked out and I will add that in today, (Thursday), and will be included in tonight’s update.Lift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Very cool, glad to hear you got your BioForge. I remember the growing pains as X-Factor caught on and we'd be out of stock somewhat frequently. Luckily we have that addressed and now you can find XF/XFA anytime, any place!
Cant wait for more BioTivia products to hit the shelves, such an awesome brand.

I am yet to have tried any of their products, but their track record is proven. All those reviews and logs can't be fake. My favorite test booster I have used was TFA. Obviously at 20 years old it didn't probably do much for my T numbers, but I loved the nutrient partitioning and it made me almost want to F*** a fire hydrant once. My libido was literally uncontrollable on that stack lol.

Holy leg DOMS today, so grinding through the front squats was difficult, especially once I got to the jump squats. I haven’t really squatted in over a year due to my knee injury, so imagine the quad soreness after front squatting 2x in 4 days… Snatch grip deadlift has become one of my favorite new exercises and have been up to 315ish for 3 reps, so the 135lbs was obviously just something to work on the movement pattern. I was just too damn sore in my legs and even some knee discomfort to do much more today. It was another demanding day at work carrying plywood and drywall up stairs so I didn’t want the volume too high. Don’t work tomorrow so will have some good physical therapy for the knee and get to sleep in! Also, my girlfriend is coming home from school so fun will ensue tomorrow night. Too bad I couldn’t get on the BFv3 this whole weekLift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Notes
So far, I have noticed a few things from my stack:
1) Have felt a slight muscle hardening effect. Obviously this is greatly welcomed.
2) Haven’t really had any problems with increased appetite that comes with test boosters
3) Body acne has gone up but facial acne hasn’t been an issue
4) Joint pain is not as bad as I thought it would be! However, my knee seemingly gets swollen and inflamed easily, but it doesn’t hurt to execute any of the lifting movements, within reason.
5) Sleep has been fantastic. However, it almost leaves me groggy.
6) So far, my first week of workouts was more geared toward training frequency than volume. I am a believer in frequency of movements is greater than a single workout with a ton of volume. For this reason, I have just been trying to test the waters and make sure squatting 3x a week is going to be ok with my knee, let alone with the XF. If I can handle it, my leg strength should go through the roof because I will also have some muscle memory gains in there as well.
Later tonight I will update with my upper body lift. This above workout was from last night and I will definitely make sure to make up for lost ground on this log. Wasn’t expecting my $2400 MacBook Pro Retina to take a dump on me so soonLift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Nutrition
Carbs were slightly high, but my appetite was nuts yesterday. Apparently just needed a little more food than usual.
Supplements
4 caps XFA/2 caps Reform/1 cap forskolin/ 2x2 BFv3
Notes
Appetite was slightly more noticeable yesterday, so hopefully this isn’t the case the rest of the log. I am a bottomless pit the way it is, so cutting is already difficult enough. Workout felt good and the rows were easy. Definitely will increase them next week. Chest Press took everything I had, but for those of y’all who haven’t used the HS press machine, that’s a pretty good amount of weight . I am pretty run down today, so the gym is going to have to be a grind. Took today off from work, so I have no excuse but to get in a great lift.
NOTE: Unfortunately I haven’t been able to include my weight anywhere in the log so far. I took my scale to school with me and forgot to bring it home over break. This log will run through the beginning of the semester so I will be sure to start including that once I have an accurate way of measuring myself and not at sporadic times in the day at the gym.Lift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

Sounds like your body may be wanting to put on more mass rather than lose weight. At your height/weight and with your intense weightlifting, I wouldnt doubt that being the case.
I find sometimes its better to listen to your body rather than to guide it one direction just bc you have your mind made up already/a predetermined goal in mind. If you arent cutting for a contest or something, you might want to consider allowing yourself a few extra calories... I can assure you the XF, BF and Reform will all help keep those gains very lean!
