    Phil Heath on ESPN

Phil Heath interview on the Dan Lebatard Show. Glad to see some sort of pro bodybuilding story on mainstream TV, even as limited as it is.

    Good Job Champ! Great interview!

Pretty funny. Felt like not totally an "official interview" but not totally like a normal conversation, but somewhere in between. Really nice though. Had funny moments, too. Really enjoyable watch. Thx, OP.

True. I feel phil handled everything well. It's easy for outsiders to pick apart our sport and phil handled everything like a champ.

the guy on the left indeed did look like a hater, and then when he said 'yeah we're definitely not paying you to take off your shirt' it came as no surprise.

Yeah I understand what you mean, but I'm actually glad he was on a more entertainment type of show rather than an investigative one. Imagine all the questions regarding the "forbidden" topics had he been on E60 or Outside the Lines. Too many negative stereotypical thinking in regards to bodybuilding as it is.

Exactly. I felt Phil did a great job here, actually so did Kai in that past NY news interview prior to the O. I think when people get to see the more personable and regular side of Pro Bb'ers then they may be a little more open minded when it does come to the more serious and investigative type of questions.

Maybe or maybe not. But like flang said...it's a start.

It was a lighthearted interview, and Phil did a good job representing himself. At the end, he was very smart to keep his shirt on. I'm not sure I would have had the same restraint.

I think it was from the 2012 Olympia, maybe even a clip used in Generation Iron.
I was hoping he didn't take it off

Would rather see kai greene on tv helping and educating others about life and bodybuilding. He has much more to offer. None the less good to see it getting some attention.

We need a pro with a arnold type personality to bring attention to the sport

Edit:that was really awkward all he did was talk about his body. Definetly would rather see kai speak about mind and life makes the sport look wayy better.

No I like phil. Just that didn't provide any insight to bodybuilding all he did was talk about his body and how its hard for him to find pants. That makes bodybuilders look like the stereotypes

I don't know? He could have took that interview somewhere else those interviewers look so disengaged and uninterested

*smh @ all the nitpicking over a 6 minute light hearted interview. It's not a serious show. The guy has his geriatric dad as co-host.
    Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.

What if they didn't need to have him enlighten them? Maybe it was...gasp...just a simple interview?

You know, like the millions that are done with all kinds of people, that keep saying so much stupid ****, your head could explode. When the president gets interviewed i don't see him getting pressured to entertain the interviewers.

    Retard.

Bodybuilders don't get much chances to show themselves on public interviews like this. Kai has handles his greatly talking about the mind and giving perspective not his jean size and where he strips down to pose
