Also if you agree with me, what should i cut to? If you dont agree with me then what should i bulk to?

If you want to cut down and aren't happy with your body fat % take your time and cut down. Don't set a number to it. Often when people set a number to the cut like "oh yeah, I'm fat now at 210, I'm gonna cut to 175" people often kill muscle gaines with garbage crash dieting. Let the mirror tell you how much you weigh. If I was you id bulk till February then start to lean out to b ready for that first nice day in May. He'll even if you don't want to gain anymore BF you could eat at maintenance and still make gaines.

No one can really tell you how much you need to cut down without knowing your bodyfat % or what bf% you will be at when your bulk ends. When you are ready to cut get an accurate bodyfat measurement and personally I'd aim for around 10% go even lower if you still arnt happy with the mirror. All depends on your goals...but I agree, keep bulking..you have a good base and can add some more mass to that frame. Good luck

Thanks guys im looking to be around 10% bf.
I have used calipers recently and said im about 13% but i have a feeling my technique is destroying its accuracy.
Guess ill stay on my bulking style. I think ill set a mark for around 188-190 then start a cut.
I ultimately want pretty visible abs, defined muscles, and to actually have a physique of a lifter (not ottermode basically lol)..
Ultimately how much weight should i put on a week?
