As cuts tend to do, felt like nothing going on for a while in my rear dept (saddlebags and cheese blur my squat booty when I chub up), then the other day when I caught a glimpse in several mirrors at BF's place after "cardio", I got the "damn, my azz is coming along!" feels. So, to share the celebration, some shots of my bum while at the gym today. Still not worthy of pants/shorts-less pics, but maybe in a couple more weeks
Gym PRs:
SQ: 360 x 1, BP: 165 x 1, DL: 330 x 2, OHP: 110 x 2
Best meet lifts (raw w/wraps):
SQ: 365, BP: 155, DL: 350, Elite total of 870 @165

Wondering if you're asking about my pics instead of (dude) quoted? If so thanks! In addition to lifting heavy (PLer - usually compete pulling sumo), I rotate in posterior chain work like GHRs, GMs, SLDLs, BB hip thrusts, pull-throughs, etc. And eating, lots of eating Followed by cutting to actually see what I built up (the not-so-fun part)

Dayum, I got all worked up about the booty short thread that got deleted, and ended up trying to take a halfway decent pic of my booty in the booty shorts I linked too cause model so did *not* have dat squat booty. Oh, and mostly cause I'm procrastinating finishing a paper...*sigh*
