arms look pathetic.
shoulders were lagging hard, but then I started hitting them real good a few months ago, and they're looking really good now, so I plan to do the same thing with my arms. they have their own day now.

I mean in size, detailed yes but they don't rise out of my back, no thickness there cant deadlift so I dont know how I'm going to bring them up

It's the arms thing that bothers me most. The bone structure of my torso is quite wide, especially front to back so it makes my arms look even smaller.

Upper chest has become my favorite thing to train after eyeball-f*cking Yo Eliot Hulse's inner upper chest orbs of prosperity. It looks like he has additional pec muscles strapping his chest down like seatbelts. I'd rather have that than serratus, because they're plainly visible, also because serratus exercises are no fun and upper chest exercises are fun, nomsayin

Would have liked to be 5'8 or so to have more of a visual advantage. I'd say 5'8 is the perfect height for actual bbing (as compared to looking aesthetic for sloots)
