In my peak at 95kg, I was getting ready to cut. However, a shoulder injury stopped me dead in my tracks and I started swimming instead. I lost nearly 15kg but the fat around my stomach WAS EXACTLY THE SAME. I lost perhaps 1 cm and now I've gained 5kg again and nothing has changed.
I can lose or gain 10kg easily but nothing in my body will change what-so-ever except the muscles. In one week after I started lifting again, I gained 5kg but the measurements are the same.
My belly is way too fat and nothing seems to help it. I'll eat practically nothing for a month and nothing will change. It's as if my body refuses to change no matter what. I bet I could maintain a 6% body fat if I'd ever get there without a hassle!
Every month the measurements disappoint me...I have one devil and that's alcohol. I tend to drink once a week maybe 7-10 beers. I'm going to lose that after this weekend and see if anything changes in 2 months or so.
Anyone else has a story like mine? Any ideas?

You cannot spot reduce aka you can't choose where you lose fat from first. The best we can do is be patient - the fat will come off your stomach eventually.
It honestly sounds like you aren't being consistent enough with what you're doing. Calculate your calorie/macro needs, stay in a reasonable deficit (10-20% off of maintenance calories) and stick with it.
