Did the DS Craze lawsuit get called off?

Okay so i use ds craze and noticed that bb.com no longer sells it on here... i was wondering is that lawsuit still going on? i can't seem to find anything about it anywhere but if it was done wouldn't bb.com put it back up for sale?

Probably not, they don't sell anything from DS anymore.

I know but it had all those accusations about amphetamines and stuff which is what probably got it taken off bb.com... but its been a while since i've seen them even sell ds craze on here so i was wondering did they find something or has there just not been any further investigation but bb.com just doesn't want to risk it?

Driven Sports did actually make an announcement that a lawsuit by Newport Trial Group, claiming that Craze is unlawfully adulterated with amphetamine, has been dismissed.

Who knows whether there are any lawsuits currently in the works. Even DS wouldn't know until they are served, which can take place 4 months after the lawsuit is even filed.

This was in regards to the prior lawsuit, yes.

As per the newest allegations, I don't believe any lawsuit has been filed yet. I would imagine it is on the way though.

It wasn't strong enough for me nor did I experience any amphetamine-like effects like some have (could have been a clean or very low dosed batch IF it did have some secret sauce). The preponderance of the current evidence would point to it having a compound structurally similar called ethylamphetamine. DS have kept their cards hidden and haven't shown their claimed "royal flush" that would exonerate themselves.

It is completely up to you. If you feel comfortable chancing that there is an amphetamine analog in there then by all means continue. Most are not willing to take that chance given the evidence that has come out recently.

They're prolly saving it for the last minute so it will be more dramatic..I picture it being like the ending of The Sting basically

No deaths that I am aware of. Some reports of adverse effects, mostly including insomnia and anxiety. Nothing life-threatening as far as I know, but don't take my word for it. Without knowing for sure I would imagine the side-effects to be similar to other amphetamines if the dosing was adjusted to get the same effects. Of course that assumes ethamphetamine in there. So that is your decision.

I have been using Craze for nearly two years and have had none of the side effects that are mentioned. Good to hear that is should still be available. I use 1 1/2 scoops. I have not noticed much of a tolerance. Best PWO out there. Not stim heavy.

Amphetiamines is an old school drug way back before on padilla time and mike mentzer, for a health concern i think it wil damage out CNS if taking continously and overdosage, buy in comes to stress your kidney or liver, it wont. Coz this is not a steroid or prohormones, this is like king of stims/caffeine.

Just do your own research. What it all boils down to is people are claiming that DS is spiking their product with a compound. A competitor released a couple of tests that says it is in there, DS has released a bunch of tests that says it isn't. For the tests, DS used a standard, the competitor didn't. From my reading this "ETH" isn't illegal, so I guess people are mad that a compound that may or may not be in there, and isn't illegal, isn't on the label? I don't get it. I've used Craze many times, and if it does have amphetamine in it, then it is the worst amphetamine of all time. Like the product though.

In terms of amphetamines in the product, based on my usage, the amphetamines suck. First time I used Craze I had an intense focus, but after that I much preferred my C4 to it. Just don't be stupid with a product. If you think it will be a risk to your health, stop taking it. If you think it's fine, then keep using it.

I think its funny how only now people are saying it has illegal stuff in it. And prior to now its been fine since it first came out. You would figure that craze has been out for about a year and that if there was something bad in it, then within 1 month people would have found out.
