Is the inner layer of it plastic or all metal^^ ? any experience with that bottle?, i'm looking to use cold liquid because it says enhances performance.

Between that and the 32oz bb.com all plastic one.

What are you using fgts? recommend one that bb.com sells.

This. I don't see a reason to buy an re-ususeable water bottle and have to lug it around/back from the dirty gym. Clean it etc.

Cases of water are so cheap. Bring to gym, re-fill at gym as many times as necessary, and discard while leaving.

I have an older one, 20oz size. The lining seems to be that space blanket stuff, probably Mylar with a little bit of insulation between the layers. It works but not worth the cost IMO.
I think CamelBak makes a similar bottle; I'd trust their stuff a lot more.

uwotm8? we don't with what kind of filthy water they fill those bottles. They're probably as tightly regulated as the supp. industry, which we all know it's looser than a pornstars vajajey

The 32oz bb.com/mp bottle is legit. Have 2 it keeps my water semi cold 1-2 hours in 100+ degree weather. Some times water gets on the threads of the lid and your shirt gets wet but whatever worth it especially if its the free gift.

Lmao, good lord. The things people make money off of. For whey it's not a big deal I guess but I like thermal sh*t for when I'm working out. Blender bottles and whatnot absolutely fail at keeping ice from melting instantly.

I use the bb.com 32oz one...actually got 2 of them, throw some ice in it and it lasts for me long enough...doesn't leak and it was free, no complaints

That could be great for home usage, but for the gym i prefer something more "lean", "toned" and "clean".

I honestly don't see the purpose of having an insulated water bottle. I mean why don't just fill up your regular blender bottle with tons of ice cubes and thus have cold water then and after you refill it a couple of times?

I like the 32 oz BB.com hard plastic bottle use it every day for intra drink. I like it so much, I got a 2nd one for backup. I cut the plastic lid connector tab off right away though. I can't stand having to hold the little connector with one hand so it doesn't rest on your nose every time you take a drink. I'm a big boy...don't need the cap attached to my bottle. Mama doesn't need to write my name in my underwear either...lol
