Hey ive attached pictures, i go in 10 days in their anything i could do to improve my ab region by then, still in deficent and mostly likely will lose 1lb this week as i have the last 10weeks but was wondering is their tips or tricks or just something drastic that can be done to cut off tat last bit. Bench - 95kg/210lbs
Deadlift -130kg/286lbs
Rows - 5x5 85kg/187lbs
Squats - 100kg/225lbs
Press - 2x65kg/143lbs
