    10 days to holiday!

    Hey ive attached pictures, i go in 10 days in their anything i could do to improve my ab region by then, still in deficent and mostly likely will lose 1lb this week as i have the last 10weeks but was wondering is their tips or tricks or just something drastic that can be done to cut off tat last bit. Thx
