Poverty Bench has reached mediocre level.
Conditioning is becoming a much bigger priority in my training week. Prowler sprints, light medleys with minimal rest intervals, sledge hammer work etc. aiming for 2-3xweekly including event days. Next show will be 'Northern Nevadas Strongest Man'. Gonna be more competitive, but I'm confident with where I am now and aslong as I stay healthy, I believe I can make top 3. About 11 weeks out.

Back under Kalle Beck in prep for NNSM, followed by Nationals. Took some time to mess around in the gym and give my mind and body a rest and now the real work begins. Just over 9 weeks out.

Damn I miss logs. If I could pic 2 things to have at my current gym from SM it would be log and stones. Axle is cool too.

Finally benched 3 plates eh? Good stuff bro. Glad to see you're still killing it. Still laughing that you can log press 270x4 yet your bench is 315. I bet if you focused on bench you could get 405 within 1-2 years. Dem shoulder genetics.

Footage from my 4th contest over this last weekend. 2nd contest under Kalle Becks coaching. A couple mistakes lost me some crucial points and cost me a podium finish.. But all I can do is learn and move on.

Idk if anyone even follows this anymore.
But I'm still alive, I still lift.
Prepping for my first season of Rugby starting early November. Been working with Josh Bryant on my general strength/conditioning and getting my body adapted to the demands of such a brutal sport. So far so good. Also hit a 666lb deadlift not too long ago. Swag.Squat: 515x1
