Would like your guys opinions on my current physique. I only have access to home weights, so I do what I can. I've been lifting for a little more than a year my current maxes deadlift 405, Bench 290, Squats 350, I weigh 180, and am cutting 20-25lbs(cutting macros 225C 45F 175P). I've been doing a 5 day split Chest/Back/Legs/Arms/Shoulders/off/off, with no cardio at the moment. Feel free to let me know my weakpoints/strongpoints, thanks!

Dont worry about how much you can lift....Power lifters are the ones that brag about how much they can lift....A bodybuilder uses the proper weight and form to sculpt the body(two totally different things)...If you google "Bodybuilder" and then "Powerlifter" you will see that power lifters mostly have a lot of adipose tissue....Now i dont know if you are a power lifter but if you are asking someone how your body looks, then I am taking as you are a bodybuilder.... My advice is that no matter how much feedback you get from others, if you are not satisfied with yourself then you will never be satisfied....Keep pushing in the areas that you feel will compliment your frame....Other then that keep pushing my friend you look good...
Clear your mind when Lifting.... Put your brain on autopilot and soon those 21 reps will be over...

Just noticed that you have already posted this exact same thread before - no need to ask again - are you really THAT unsure of yourself? As mentioned, you are the one that needs to be happy with what you see, not us.

I like aesthetics as much as the next guy, but size without power is pointless.
Train for strength and the size/growth will follow.
If I had a choice between being able to bench a Volkswagen or being constantly tempted to make out with my reflection in the mirror, I'd opt for the bug press every damn day of the week.

This.
a powerlifter doesnt have to be fat, they can be very lean. Its fat people who powerlift and never cut who are....fat.
The funny part is nobody can tell they are even strong under the blubber.
Aesthetics+strength=best
I always get a kick out of the "i train for aesthetics so i dont deadlift or squat" (because its too hard for them). always chicken leg syndrome. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Good musculature, a little soft, so I would continue to cut another 10 lbs. I would keep cutting until you have visible abs.
Then I would slowly add muscle and never "bulk". You never know when you're going to have to take your shirt off."I don't say goodbye until the pain says hello. That's how you know the set is done." -Greg Plitt
